Candidates include the alarmingly growing number of Veterans diagnosed with ALS, Quadriplegics and Paraplegics from Spinal Cord Injury, Muscular Dystrophy, Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, Stroke, Parkinson's, etc.
